Abstract:
A bean grinding device and a bean grinding method capable of continuously supplying ground material (GO) with a uniform mixing ratio off water to beans (soybeans) formed by sufficiently mixing material beans with water, water-sealing the mixture, and grinding the mixture by a grinding machine. The device comprises a material charging tank storing the material beans and water, the grinding machine having an inlet led to the charging tank and forming the ground material by grinding the beans charged from the charging tank therein, an outlet for discharging the ground material ground in the grinding machine from the grinding machine, a feed-out flow passage communicating with the outlet and feeding out the ground material discharged from the outlet to a next step, and a metering pump means installed at the outlet, discharging the ground material to the feed-out flow passage in increments of a specified amount, and preventing the entry of outside air from the outlet into the grinding machine. The inlet and the inside of the grinding machine are brought into a water-sealed state by storing the beans and water in the charging tank, and the beans led into the grinding machine through the inlet are ground in water in the state of non-contact with the outside air.
