Abstract:
The invention relates to a device for increasing the energy density of light or other radiation, designed as an optical arrangement (1) that comprises at least one optical refractive device (3) and one concentrator device (4), wherein the optical refractive device (3) in said optical arrangement (1) is in the form of a prism-shaped wedge (13) for adapting divergence and for the spatial and temporal repositioning (15) of components of the incident light (17), or other radiation, having a solid angle (9) and a radiation output face (14), and said concentrator device (4) is arranged such that, by means of said concentrator device (4), the spatially split light or the radiation exiting the refractive device (3) can be reflected, concentrated, and spatially and temporally superimposed such that the light/radiation exits the concentrator device (4) with a reduced ray space.
