Abstract:
Disclosed is a device for inspecting display panel lighting which has a signal generating unit (8) that activates a display panel (4) to be inspected, an area sensor (1) that captures the display image of the display panel (4) activated by the signal from said signal generating unit (8), an inspection processing unit (7) that inspects and analyzes the image captured by the area sensor (1) and determines the classification and location of defects, and a main control unit (6) that controls the entire inspection device. The device for inspecting display panel lighting inspects display panels for the presence of defects and, if defects are present, assesses the classification and location of the defects.
