Disclosed in the present application is a device integrated on a steering wheel handle ring and capable of controlling horn volume, comprising: a grip strength sensor integrated in the steering wheel handle ring and used for measuring grip strength applied to the steering wheel handle ring; an A/D converter electrically connected to the grip strength sensor and used for converting an analog signal collected by the grip strength sensor into a digital signal; and a controller electrically connected to the A/D converter and a horn and used for detecting the digital signal converted by the A/D converter of the grip strength sensor and sending an instruction according to the digital signal to control the sound volume of the horn. According to a horn integrated design of the present invention, a horn trigger structure is concealed in the handle ring, the matching difficulty between a steering wheel and an air bag is reduced, the operation convenience of a driver is improved, the horn volume is controlled by means of the grip strength sensor, the controller, and a signal processor, and the horn volume is controlled according to external conditions, such that noise pollution and nuisance to the public are reduced, and the environment protection concept is satisfied.
