Abstract:
The present invention relates to a device and method for manufacturing a connection bar for a car seat. The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a connection bar for a car seat, the method comprising: a first process for forming a stopper groove on the connection bar; and a second process for forming a corrugated portion on the connection bar after the first process, wherein the first process comprises: step 1-1 for stably placing the connection bar on the lower press of a press part; and step 1-2 for compressing the connection bar by an upper press after the step 1-1 to form the stopper groove on the outer periphery of the connection bar. In the present invention, a process for coupling a bracket to a connection bar by a stopper groove forming part which forms a stopper groove on the connection bar and a bracket fastening part which is installed on both side portions of the stopper groove forming part is installed in one machine. Therefore, the present invention does not require separate installation of a press device for forming the stopper groove on the connection bar and a corrugation forming device for coupling the bracket to the connection bar.
