Abstract:
A device for manufacturing elements on which covers are mounted, capable of manufacturing the elements having equivalent quality in a simple manner and with a high yield rate, and a method of manufacturing elements on which covers are mounted, capable of, despite being simple, manufacturing the elements having equivalent quality with a high yield rate.
A device for manufacturing elements on which covers are mounted is provided with: an insertion jig (10) comprising an outer tube (12) and an intermediate shaft body (11) which has a section (15) having an outer diameter gradually reduced toward the tip thereof; a pushing and advancing member (20) for pushing and advancing a cover member to the outer tube (12) side; and an insertion-jig moving means (40) for moving forward and backward the intermediate shaft body (11) and the outer tube (12) independently of each other. The manufacturing method has a step of inserting and disposing the cover member in the intermediate shaft body (11) projecting from the outer tube (12), a step of pushing and advancing the cover member to cause the outer tube (12) to cover and be disposed on the cover member, a step of reversing the intermediate shaft body (11), a step of inserting and disposing in the outer tube (12) a member to be covered, and a step of reversing the outer tube (12).
