Abstract:
A device for manufacturing a hot-stamped part, the device comprising a heating furnace unit and a hot stamping unit, wherein the heating furnace unit has a plurality of independent airtight chambers, and comprises a feeding chamber (4), a heating chamber (6) and a discharging chamber (8), which are in communication sequentially; the hot stamping unit comprises a stamping machine (11); and the discharging chamber (8) is in communication with the stamping machine (11). A method for manufacturing a hot-stamped part. A silicon-aluminum coated hot-stamped part. By using the device, a blank (1), and particularly an aluminum-silicon coated blank, is subjected to airtight heat treatment and hot-stamping forming by a stamping machine, and the hydrogen content of a resulting high-strength aluminum-silicon coated part is significantly less than the hydrogen content of a high-strength aluminum-silicon coated part produced by a traditional atmosphere furnace, the risk of hydrogen embrittlement is less, and the device is particularly suitable for hot forming aluminum-silicon coated parts with a strength ≥ 1500MPa.
