Abstract:

A method of manufacturing a heating tube having internal grooves formed in a grooving process (1) and formed in a forming process (2), comprising the steps of softening the tube in an annealing process (3), and orderly winding in an orderly winding process (4), wherein, in the annealing process (3), the heating tube is heated and gradually cooled while being fed in longitudinal direction and, in the orderly winding process (4), the labor for the operation to install the heating tube on a bobbin is reduced by orderly taking in the heating tube on the drum part of the bobbin.
