Abstract:

A device and a method for manufacturing a speaker diaphragm, the device comprising a paper-making tank, a pulp dispersing liquid storage tank connected to the paper-making tank, an agitating means installed in the paper-making tank, a water filling device connected to the paper-making tank, a drain device installed under the paper-making tank, and a paper-making mold installed on the underside of the paper-making tank or in the drain device, wherein a water stream control plate can be installed in the drain device in the draining direction of the paper-making mold, characterized in that the cross sectional area of the drain device is larger than the plan area of the paper-making mold, whereby, by the device and method for manufacturing the speaker diaphragm, the diaphragm having an extremely uniform internal composition intentionally varied in correspondence with necessary acoustic characteristics can be mass-produced with excellent reproducibility.
