A device for manufacturing a three-dimensional shape for construction according to the present invention comprises: a transfer arm portion installed to be able to move along a three-dimensional position; a material supply portion installed on one side of the transfer arm portion so as to supply a construction material needed to form a structure included in a building and a filler material needed to form a space included in the building; and a control portion for controlling operations of the transfer arm portion and the material supply portion so as to move according to position information included in the building's shape data and to laminate the construction material and the filler material on a base material surface on which the building is installed, thereby manufacturing the shape of the building, wherein the control portion supplies the construction material in positions corresponding to structures of the building, and supplies the filler material in a position corresponding to a space between the structures.
