Abstract:
A wood-plastic solid wood co-extrusion feeder, comprising a frame (10), at least one group of toothed conveying units (6) arranged in sequence on the frame (10), a tooth mark milling unit (8) for milling tooth marks on an outer surface of a solid wood blank, and a solid wood co-extrusion mold (9); each toothed conveying unit (6) comprises a lower toothed pressure roller (61) installed on a first fixed bearing seat and an upper toothed pressure roller (60) installed on a first movable bearing seat; after the first fixed bearing seat and the first movable bearing seat are connected by means of an adjustment unit, a first conveying channel having adjustable height is formed between the upper toothed pressure roller and the lower-toothed pressure roller. During conveying, an irregular solid wood blank is processed into a precise-sized solid wood molding material and tooth marks are pressed thereon, and a new wood-plastic composite material profile of wood-plastic-coated solid wood is co-extruded, which is simple and practical, and easy to use and maintain; by means of forming an anchor chain effect for tooth marks on a solid wood molding material and a molten wood-plastic raw material, interface bonding strength is increased.
