Abstract:
This device (1) has: a capacitor unit (50) that includes capacitor components (5); a packaging member (99) for covering the capacitor unit (50); and external connection electrodes that are electrically connected to the capacitor components (5). Each capacitor component (5) includes: a base body (10) serving as an anode; a functional layer (31) that covers both a part of the front surface (11) and a part of the back surface (12) of the base body (10); a first uncovered region (11a) that is not covered by the functional layer (31) on the front surface (11) of the base body (10); and a second uncovered region (12a) that is not covered by the functional layer (31) on the back surface (12) of the base body (10). The external connection electrodes include a first external connection electrode (91) that covers a first surface (71) which is formed so as to pass through a part of the packaging member (99) as well as a part of the base body (10) including a part of the first uncovered region (11a) and a part of the second uncovered region (12a).
