Abstract:
Provided is a device for measuring the volume of an object. The device comprises a first measurement container comprising a first box (102) and a first cover (101), the first box (102) being provided with a first air outlet connected to a vacuum pump (114) and a first air inlet for releasing air into the first box (102); a second measurement container arranged in the first measurement container and comprising a second box (108) and a second cover (105), the second box (108) being provided with a first air through hole, the first air through hole being respectively connected to the vacuum pump (114) and a flow meter (112) by means of a three-way pipe, so as to achieve a vacuum inside the container when the first air through hole is in communication with the vacuum pump (114), and to release air into the second measurement container when the first air through hole is in communication with the flow meter (112), and the three-way pipe being connected to a pressure sensor (110) for measuring the air pressure inside the container; and a packaging air bag (107) for packaging an object to be measured. A method for measuring the volume and porosity of an object and a vacuum air sealing method are further comprised. The device is simple in structure, low in costs, and accurate and reliable in measurement, and is suitable for measuring objects in various shapes, and the application range thereof is wide.
