Abstract:
A device and method for packing the component of a capacitor product. The device comprises a first packing platform (1), a lifting and transferring mechanism (2), a second packing platform (3), and a height-adjustment belt mechanism (4). The first packing platform (1) comprises an automatic packing machine (11), a pressing mechanism, an overturning mechanism, and a first conveyor belt (12); the lifting and transferring mechanism (2) is used for receiving a component and transferring same to the second packing platform (3); the height-adjustment belt mechanism (4) packs the component and transfers same to the second packing machine (3). The packing method comprises: measuring the total length of a ceramic sleeve and a component; packing the component with longitudinal packing belts; transferring the component to the lifting and transferring mechanism (2); packing the component with a transverse packing belt; and placing the component in the ceramic sleeve. The packing device has a compact structure, works in an orderly manner, achieves high automation, reduces labor intensity, is applicable to packing to ceramic sleeves of different specifications, and ensures that a component is packed in the center of a ceramic sleeve. The packing method comprises simple steps, has a continuous process, ensures the accurate position of a packed component, and implements firm and reliable packing.
