Abstract:
The present invention relates to a device and a method for peeling a steering wheel, and the device for recycling a motor vehicle steering wheel, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises a metal frame having a through-hole penetrating at least a part of a recess part and a rotation shaft, and a polymer outer skin covering at least the recess part, the device comprising: a rotatable shaft; a support part which has a hollow hole at the center, rotates together with the shaft by being disposed in a state in which the shaft is penetrating the hollow hole, and supports a steering wheel; a driving part which can rotate the shaft; and a cutting part which can cut at least one of the outer skin of the steering wheel and the frame of the steering wheel, according to the rotation of the shaft.
