Abstract:
In this X-ray detection signal processing device, a high speed AD converter (1) performs high speed AD conversion of a signal from a preamplifier, and then a digital signal processing unit (2) performs processing for removing an influence by a component attenuated by a derivative time constant in the preamplifier on a digital basis. In an event detection unit (3) in the digital signal processing unit (2), the signal from the high speed AD converter (1) is smoothed over a predetermined shaping time by use of a filter function for high speed shaping, the timing when the smoothed signal exceeds a predetermined threshold value to reach a maximum value is detected as event information, and the event information is added to the signal from the high speed AD converter (1).
