DEVICE AND METHOD FOR PREPARING CERAMIC REINFORCED COMPOSITE COATING BY USING PLASMA REMELTING AND INJECTION

Disclosed are a device and method for preparing a ceramic reinforced composite coating by using plasma remelting and injection. The device comprises a plasma cladding mechanism, a powder back-feed mechanism, a workbench, a metal-based substrate, and an infrared thermal imager. The method comprises the following steps: 1) capturing a thermal imager image of a plasma remelting process; 2) extracting a temperature distribution from the infrared thermal imager image and calculating an optimum injection position of ceramic particles for a plasma remelting and injection process; 3) preparing a ceramic-reinforced metal-based composite coating by means of plasma remelting and injection, melting and re-solidifying the surface of the material with a lower heat input, and accurately controlling the position and angle of a back-feed copper tube and injecting ceramic reinforcement particles during the melting process. The present invention has the beneficial effects of preventing the phenomena of settling and thermal decomposition of the ceramic particles in the preparation process, effectively reducing residual stress and tendency to crack of the coating, and significantly enhancing promotion effect of the ceramic particles on the surface performance of the coating.
