Abstract:
Disclosed are a device and a method for preparing a metal composite board by continuous casting and rolling, which well combines the continuous casting, rolling and heat treatment methods for single material production with the continuous and large-scale production of composite sheet strips, thus greatly improving the production efficiency of the composite board. The present invention can produce single-sided or double-sided composite plates of different thickness specifications. The base or composite materials can be widely selected, including carbon steel, stainless steel, special alloys, titanium and copper. According to the present invention, the continuous casting and rolling of the composite board is realized, the energy consumption is decreased and the cost is reduced.
