Abstract:
Provided is a device for preparing oxygen-containing liquid fuel by bio-oil catalytic conversion. The device comprises a biomass fast thermal cracking oil-making system (I) for preparing bio-oil, a bio-oil oil-water separating system (II) for receiving the above-mentioned bio-oil and separating the bio-oil into oil phase bio-oil and water phase bio-oil， to output respectively to an oil phase bio-oil chemical chain hydrogen production system (III) and a water phase bio-oil catalytic hydrogenation system (IV). The oil phase bio-oil chemical chain hydrogen production system (III) is used for outputting produced hydrogen to the water phase bio-oil catalytic hydrogenation system (IV) to prepare a liquid fuel. Also provided is a method for preparing oxygen-containing liquid fuel by bio-oil catalytic conversion, comprising the following steps: the biomass is thermally cracked to prepare bio-oil, then the water phase and oil phase are separated, hydrogen is produced by oil phase bio-oil through a chemical chain method so as to provide a hydrogen source for the water phase bio-oil to carry out two-stage catalytic hydrogenation in a slurry bed, and hydrogenated products are directly separated and purified to obtain an oxygen-containing liquid fuel. The method realizes "hierarchical conversion" of the full composition of the bio-oil.
