Abstract:
The invention relates to a device and to a method for producing ice slurry in a coolant mixture (6) by means of a heat-exchanging element (1) having a surface (10) that contacts the coolant mixture (6), wherein ice crystals form on the surface (10) that contacts the coolant mixture (6), and wherein a fluid can be supplied to the coolant mixture (6) in a discontinuous manner by means of fluid-supplying apparatus (7) in order to remove the ice crystals.
