Abstract:
A sheet-receiving dish (120) having a groove (121) in which a brazing-material sheet is fitted is provided on a base (110). A slide member (140) can be slid above the sheet-receiving dish (120) along a length direction of the sheet-receiving plate (120). A blade (160) is moved vertically by a micrometer (170) fixed to and supported by the slide member (140). The brazing- material sheet is fitted in the groove (121), and an abrasive-coating material is applied on the brazing-material sheet. A gap between the blade (160) and the sheet-receiving dish (120) is adjusted using the micrometer (170), and the slide member (140) is slid. As a result, extra portion of the abrasive-coating material is scraped off for uniform thickness. This way, a high-quality sheet for abrasive coating having a uniform abrasive-coating material thickness can be easily produced.
