Abstract:
The invention relates to a device (32) for producing a thermosetting strip (2e, 2f) having a honeycomb half-cell shape from a strip material (2), wherein the strip material (2) consists essentially of a fibre material, in particular a paper web, said fibre material being pre-impregnated with a binder that is to be cross-linked to a thermosetting material. Said device comprises a first and a second stamping wheel (4a, 4b), each having a contact surface extending in the circumferential direction with stamping teeth (4c) which are arranged at a distance from each other in the circumferential direction and with recesses (4d) arranged therebetween. The first and the second stamping wheels (4a, 4b) are designed to be adapted to one another and arranged to engage into one another, such that a line- or surface-shaped pressure point (4p) forms between the first and the second stamping wheels (4a, 4b), which is moving along the contact surface during the rotation of the stamping wheels (4a, 4b) in order to produce a pressure point (4p) that moves along and rolls off the strip material (2). Said device further comprises a pressure-generating device (4m) which is connected to the first and the second stamping wheels (4a, 4b) in order to generate a pressure between the stamping wheels (4a, 4b), a respective drive device (4h, 4i) for driving the first and the second stamping wheels (4a, 4b), a heating device for at least one of the stamping wheels (4a, 4b), and a regulation device (30) connected to at least one of the drive devices (4h, 4i) in a signal-transmitting manner in order to rotate the stamping wheels (4a, 4b) in opposition in a conveying direction (F) and to generate a controllable pressure on the pressure point (4p) via the pressure-generating device (4m) and the drive devices (4h, 4i).
