Abstract:
A two-dimensional barcode image creation device for creating a color image based on a two-dimensional barcode includes: two-dimensional barcode encoding unit (11) for encoding the input information as a two-dimensional barcode; an up-sampling unit (12) for performing up-sampling of the two-dimensional barcode; a luminance signal generation unit (13) for subjecting the output of the up-sampling unit to a band limit and outputting it as a luminance signal; a blue color difference signal generation unit (14) and a red color difference signal generation unit (15) for outputting the change amount of adjacent information in the output of the up-sampling unit as a blue color difference signal and a red color difference signal, respectively.
