Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a device, method, and program with which it is possible to predict non-responders to cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) regardless of the severity of heart failure symptoms. [Solution] In step S1, a training data input unit 101 receives input of training data. In step S2, a machine learning unit 102 trains a non-responder prediction determination model from the training data input to the training data input unit. In step S3, a medical information input unit 103 receives input of medical information of a patient of interest. In step S4, a prediction unit 104 predicts and determines whether the patient is a non-responder or not from the medical information of the patient of interest input to the medical information input unit on the basis of the prediction determination model obtained by the machine learning unit. In step S5, a prediction result output unit 105 outputs the result of prediction and determination by the prediction unit.
