Abstract:
Tissue high-dimension information is estimated based on individual cell information. A device that estimates tissue high-dimension information, the device comprising: an acquisition unit that acquires expression level information that includes the expression level of the genes included in each of a plurality of groups into which biological tissue is divided; an extraction unit that extracts expression level information of a prescribed gene from among the genes for which expression level information was acquired by the acquisition unit; and a calculation unit that calculates the three-dimensional position of each group of the biological tissue, on the basis of the expression level information of the gene extracted by the extraction unit.
