Abstract:
A device and a method for coating capable of remarkably reducing an air conditioning energy, preventing paint from spattering, and increasing coating efficiency in a coating booth which does not require those conditions such as air velocity and temperature which are required in a conventional coating booth without disturbing coating pattern by forming air flow not affecting the coating pattern by the amount and blowing angle of the air supplied to an atomized spray paint flow. The spray coating device comprises a casing and an injection nozzle fitted to the tip of the casing. The paint and shaving air are jetted from the injection nozzle to form the coating pattern so as to form coating on a coated object. A first adopter blowing air in the jetting direction of the injection nozzle is installed generally co-axially with the injection nozzle, and the first adopter blows out the air introduced therein with a tilted blowout angle provided in the circumferential direction to cover the outer periphery of the coating pattern near the injection nozzle.
