Abstract:
The invention relates to a device and a method for storing at least two blankets (01, 36, 37) that are drawn off from the same cylinder (06, 31, 33) of a printing machine one after the other. The invention is characterized in that the blankets are drawn off from the cylinder preferably in a tangential relation one after the other and are stored or are being stored at an angle of inclination of not more than 15 DEG relative to a horizontal. The blanket drawn off after a preceding blanket is stored or is being stored below the blanket previously drawn off at a distance that is vertical along its length.
