Abstract:
A device and method for synthesis of nanoparticles using a magnetic-field-assisted simulated zero-microgravity flame, the device comprising a gradient magnetic field device (1), a burner (2), and a product collection device (3), wherein the gradient magnetic field device (1) is composed of two magnetic field devices arranged face to face, the burner (2) is located between the two magnetic field devices, and an outlet of the burner (2) is configured vertically upward and is located below the center of a magnetic field of the gradient magnetic field device (1); and the gradient magnetic field device (1) acts on a volume force of a flame and magnetic species surrounding same, so as to counteract a gravitational buoyancy lift, and flame synthesis is performed under a simulated zero/microgravity flame to prepare the nanoparticles.
