Abstract:
A device for synthesizing a carbon nanotube by using a dual-fuel RCCI engine, the device comprising a reaction system, a post-processing system and a control system. The reaction system comprises an engine (1), a fuel tank A (14) and a fuel tank B (20), wherein the two fuel tanks are respectively used for supplying ethanol mixed with ferric nitrate, and high-reactivity fuel to the engine (1), and gas generated after a reaction in an engine cylinder passes the post-processing system to capture a carbon nanotube. Further disclosed is a synthesis method of the device for synthesizing a carbon nanotube by using a dual-fuel RCCI engine. The economical efficiency of an engine can be improved, the combustion characteristics of the engine can be improved, and emission pollutants generated are reduced while a carbon nanotube is prepared.
