Abstract:
Provided are a device and a method for tracking air cargo that determine whether air cargo is loaded on the basis of sensing values of a pressure sensor and an acceleration sensor, and switch to a flight mode when the loading is completed to block communication with an external device. The provided device for tracking air cargo detects acceleration information and pressure information according to the movement of the air cargo, generates tracking information of the air cargo on the acceleration information and the pressure information, transmits the tracking information to an external device, and switches to a flight mode on the basis of one of the acceleration information, the pressure information, and whether a communication signal is received.
