Abstract:
The present invention comprises applying a phase control to an input alternating current voltage, wherein a target control voltage and the input voltage are compared to generate or eliminate an inductive kickback so that an output voltage is controlled to be within the target control voltage. According to the present invention, even when a power system is unstable and thus voltage fluctuates, a stable voltage can be efficiently supplied to a load.
