According to an embodiment of the present invention, a device for webcomic image implementation utilizing real-time rendering, the device providing a user with a webcomic image by using rendering, comprises a rendering background image storage unit for receiving a background image of webcomics from a user terminal used by the user, or a manager terminal used by a manager, and storing a rendering background image obtained by rending the received background image.
