Abstract:
[Problem] To make it possible for a terminal device to learn which layer is allocated to said terminal device, when non-orthogonal multiplexing employing a codebook is being used. [Solution] Provided is a device provided with: an acquiring unit which acquires information indicating a layer allocated to a terminal device, from among a plurality of layers serving as the object of non-orthogonal multiplexing employing a codebook; and a reporting unit which reports the layer to the terminal device.
