BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Body health care has is surprisingly increased in whole World. In the'80 decade the"Body cult"concept has been spread and specialized rooms called"Academies in which several health enhancing activities has been performed. Many people accepted the esthetic standard, recently named as "fitness", as a personal goal of body healt and this concept is in force in the present days.
Academies comprise rooms in which several gymnastic exercises are performed and they derived from dance and some martial fight styles. Also, body sculpture exercises were performed in the academies and certain ergometric apparatuses have been provided for permit repetitive exercises performance and a local muscle enhancing is thus achieved. Therefore for a total muscle enhancing a cycle of body exercises in such apparatuses were necessary. The evolution of the above mentioned apparatuses permitted that some outdoor body exercises could be performed into the Academies. Body exercises comprise those restricted to athletes, e. g. , skiffing and other outdoor performed body exercises. Walking and cycling could be indoor performed in the Academies due to ergometric equipment which has been performed similarly to the respective outdoor sports, e. g, skiffing, cycling and walking exercises could be performed in specially developed equipment: ergometric apparatuses request the same body movement from the pratictioner as in the respective outdoor sports, but just in indoor spaces. The body cult concept recently comprises a health condition for persons, particularly in big metropolitan regions. Urban stress and sedentary life style increased in a such
manner that a new term"couch potatoes"has been created to define sedentary people that spends lot of time in a couch before a TV apparatus just zapping the remote control. Sedentary life style is a feature of the modern work which a PC is the necessary work instrument and it is the responsible for several hours of full work in a workstation in which all can be reached by the hands.
Recently, many firms have focused in the matter of stress and sedentary life style related professional performance losses. In a first step, firms provide the employees with academies and sport clubs access progams, but in some cases, such firms create their proper sport and fitness academy.
This is and indication that body exercises are presently seen as a health condition and not as a body cult.
Indoor body exercises is a solution that includes in a same place several types of sports and ergometric exercises, such as martial fighting, dancing, indoor walking, muscle conditioning, wall climbing, ergometric cycling skiffing. Mostly, all the above body exercises have repetitive features, but in the cycling, skiffing and walking cases part of the personal satisfaction is caused by the movement sensation and the indoor exercises cannot provide it. As the time goes, the interest in this practice decreases and other more interesting exercises are preferred.
Another body exercise related matter comprise natural resources of certain region in a town or country; natural resources are attractive for outdoor sports and and body exercises. In cities having good touristic appeal, sport and body exercises stimulated by natural features (beach, lakes, urban or metropolitan woods) comprise a good appeal for Academies, sport equipment manufacturers, tourism agencies and Hotels.
However, just some academies, tourism agencies and Hotels are positioned near such natural resources due enviromental and urban policies. Thus, many of the above agencies loose business opportunities because they are not placed near an attractive natural resource, particularly tourism agencies and
hotels. In relation to sport equipment manufacturers, they are restricted to specific events which the mounting cost is very expensive in most of the cases and therefore such events are rare.
Tourism agencies promote city tour in which tourists can have a visual experience involving natural resources, but they can just see and take some pictures. In some cases tourists can walk while the city tour vehicle is in a bus station. In spite of the visual satisfaction and even such satisfaction is real in view of the present conditions of the art, other activities can introduced in the city tour.
Another matter concerns to advertisement means. Presently, many advertisement concepts are known and they normally comprise means for spread commercial/promotional information. The most preferred advertisement means of the art comprise electronic means: electronic access to websites and electronic pages are accompanied by commercial and/or <BR> <BR> promotional messages, i. e. , spamming, which are downloaded joined the desired information or commercial/promotional messages are addressed to email addresses from a remote domain, e. g.,... spam. com. br. When the client domain is detected the email address are randomly set, e. g., spamp. cor. ber and promotional messages are sent to the selected email account. Another advertisement technique comprises advertisement exposure in <BR> <BR> public places in public lanes or in building sidewalls, bridges, etc. , and not expected advertisement alternatives like airplane carried advertisement bands, baloons and the like. Recently, buses, trains, have been covered by a film having an advertisement message. Such advertisement ways are part of the urban landscape, thus they are considered common altermatives.
Therefore, a novel advertisement method is needed in order to draw the
attention of the people in the streets avoiding that the commercial/promotional intention is seen first.
The most recent technique for advertisement exposure comprises reality shows in which real human relationship situations are firstly exposed and the commercial message is secondary absorved by the audience.
However, such technique is restricted to TV means.
Therefore, a combination of the above discussed matters for provide a single solution to the above problems is necessary.
OBJECTIVE OF THE INVENTION It is an objetice of the present invention provide a means for body exercise performance and for health promotion in indoor areas at the same time that a stimulating expericence is provided by means of a city tour in natural resources area which are considerably attractive.
Another objective da present invention provide an advertisement resource exposure in a mobile apparatus in which the body exercise situations performed inside the mobile apparatus is the attractive appeal.
Another objective da presente invenção is provide a business entertainment and health resource in a single invention combining three different invention concept in a single one.
DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS Figure 1 illustrates a side view of the vehicle (1) in which exercise elements (2) are shown; the outter parts of the vehicle receive commercial/ promotional advertisements.
Figures 2A and 2B illustrate respectivelly a front view and a rear view of the vehicle (1) of the present invention in which the outter parts of the invention receive commercial/promotional advertisements.

DESCRIPTIO OF A PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION Even several embodiments can be foreseen from the present invention for reach the above mentioned objectives, all such embodiments are included in the scope of the present invention and only the preferred embodiment is disclosed below for best clarity.
Referring to the Figures 1-4 and referring to the first objective, i. e., health condition promotion, the mobile device comprises a vehicle (1) ou other suitable vehicle, in which the inside part of such vehicle (1) is provided for receive a set of exercise elements (2), laterally placed one in relation to the other forming rows. The front part of the vehicle (1) comprise the driver's place (3) stopped in relation to the room (4) by means an insulating door (10). Side parts (5) of the vehicle has windows (6) through which passers by can see the body exercises performed inside the vehicle (1); the rear part has a set of pigeon hole (7) inside which exercise performer personal stuffs are stored. In the rear part is placed a chamber (8) in which the exercise performer can wash hands, face or take a shower. Alternatively, the exercise performer can take a steam bath controlled by a timer element.
The exercise elements (2) comprise a ser of ergometric equipment such as ergometric bikes or paddles, which are fixed positioned in the vehicle (1) floor ; the floor is specially prepared for safe fix the exercise element (2) and provide comfort and a safety condition. It is noticed that the exercise performers in the exercise elements (2) move in a real speed, the same speed of the vehicle (1), therefore, special attention to speed limits and exercise element (2) fittings are required for bumped movement prevention.
Referring to speed limits, the vehicle (1) speed of the present invention is ranging from 40km/h to 60km/h in urban perimeter and from 60km/h to 100km/h in highways and interstate roads. Such speed limits is in accordance
WO 2005/018986 PCT/BR2004/000155 to urban traffic Laws; in this aspect, the vehicle (1) course will vary depending on the its final purpose, i. e. , if the vehicle (1) is applied for event promotion or for academy body exercise session and/or tourism agencies and hotels. It should be noticed that all possibilities provided by the device of the present invention are just limited by the Law in favor of a safe application of the device.
Referring to the exercise element (2) stabilization the cushioning devices of the art are preferred. In a preferred embodiment, the exercise element (2) is fixed by means a set of screws over a skidding preventing metal plate (11); the plate (11) is positioned over a cushion pad (12) comprising a high density foam or synthetic rubber sandwiched between the plate (11) and vehicle floor (13) and the sandwich assembly is fixed by means of coiled screws (9). Therefore, all side stress caused by breaking or side forces when the vehicle is in going to the top of mountains or vice-versa, the pad will deform and provide cushioning condition when necessary while the coiled screws (9) will return the sandwich assembly to its normal position. The cushion pad (12) permits a cushioning condition and all directions and also permits that the local stress of the assembly be distributed over all the cushion pad instead a local stress supported by pneumatic cushion devices of the art which are direction limited.
Referring to the second objective of the present invention and according to the figures, a mobile advertisement device is provided comprising exercise situations performed inside de vehicle (1) as a commercial appeal. The exercise performers in the exercise elements (2) provide a way of entertainment in day-by-day routine of passers by and drivers. The size and the configuration of the vehicle (10) comprise per se a commercial appeal which is enhanced by body exercise situations occuring inside the vehicle (1).
Therefore, promotional messages can be fixed in the external area of the vehicle and also in the inside, such messages have an attractive fashion to the people in the outside.
In a first step, exercise situations are performed by Academy teachers and/or athletes for take advantage of their notorious feature and their well shaped body condition. In a second step exercise situations are performed by other people, such as amateur performers, tourists, and/or professional from other professional area looking for body exercise combined to a city tour.
Referring to the last objective of the present invention, a method of commercial and/or promotional advertisement exposure is provided wherein real life situations exposure are used as attention attractive resource, i. e., media converging: advertisement agencies, sponsors and promoters of tourism events combined to a health promotion and mental & physical good condition resources.
The present invention has been described in terms of its preferred embodiments, but certain modifications and/or variations are considered obvious to a skilled in the art and therefore are considered included in the scope as disclosed in the appending claims.
