Abstract:
The device for monitoring sleep of a user comprises a communication interface and a processor. The processor uses an EEG signal, which is measured by an EEG measurement unit of an earbud device worn on an ear of the user so as to be transmitted through the communication interface, and thus identifies a sleep stage of the user, and determines, according to the sleep stage, whether to output an alarm sound at the time for which an alarm is set in the device for monitoring sleep.
