Abstract:
The invention relates to a device (4) for monitoring the tightness of a sealing component, wherein the monitoring device (4) comprises a box (5) comprising: - a peripheral partition (7), - a transparent cover (6), the peripheral partition (7) having: an internal peripheral wall (9) having a lower end equipped with an internal peripheral seal (11); and an external peripheral wall (10) that is disposed on the outside of the internal peripheral wall (9) and has a lower end equipped with an external peripheral seal (12); and wherein the monitoring device (4) comprises: - a handling handle fixed to the box (5); - a control member that is able to be actuated manually in order to produce a control signal, the control member being positioned on or in the immediate vicinity of the handling handle, - a pressure-reducing device (17) configured to reduce the pressure, with the aid of a pressure-reducing member (18), in said internal chamber (13) and said intermediate chamber (14), the pressure-reducing device (17) being provided with a controlled valve that is able to be switched into an open state for connecting the internal chamber (13) and the intermediate chamber (14) to the pressure-reducing member (18) and a closed state for isolating the internal chamber (13) and the intermediate chamber (14) from the pressure-reducing member (18); - a control unit configured to switch the controlled valve in response to the control signal.
