Abstract:
Disclosed in the present utility model is a device for monitoring the verticality of a tower crane in real time, which relates to the field of tower crane monitoring apparatuses. The device comprises a tower crane standard section cross rod, wherein a fixing block is fixedly connected to the middle of the front surface of the tower crane standard section cross rod, connecting slots are formed in both sides of the middle of the lower surface of the fixing block, and a mounting plate is arranged below the fixing block; connecting columns located in inner cavities of the connecting slots are fixedly connected to both sides of the middle of the upper surface of the mounting plate, and the connecting columns match the connecting slots; placement slots are respectively formed in inner walls of the sides of the two connecting slots that are away from each other; and engagement slots are formed in the middles of the upper ends of the connecting columns. According to the present utility model, the connecting columns located in the inner cavities of the connecting slots are arranged on both sides of the middle of the upper surface of the mounting plate, the engagement slots are formed in the middles of the upper ends of the connecting columns, engagement blocks are arranged in inner cavities of the placement slots, and connecting rods are respectively arranged in the middles of end surfaces of the two engagement blocks that are away from each other, such that the device is easily installed and disassembled, thereby facilitating usage of the device.
