Abstract:
The device for the multi-row production of the grilled minced-meat fingers (picture 1) belongs to the area of fresh meat processing, and this especially applies to the device that serves to shape the grilled minced-meat fingers, which is made of the body (1 ) picture 1 , and the attachment for the shaping of the grilled minced-meat fingers (2) picture 1 , which are, when completed, screwed onto the thread which is located in the front part of the filling device. At the end of the thread (3) picture 2, of the body (1 ) picture 1 , there is on the inside a slope (4) picture 2, which serves to direct the meat mass. At the end side of the body (1) there is a groove (5) picture 2, into which the attachment for the shaping of the grilled minced-meat fingers (2) picture 1 is fitted by insertion. The end side of the body (6) and (5) picture 2, is made under a specific angle for the facilitation of the reception of grilled minced-meat fingers. The attachment for the shaping of the grilled minced-meat fingers (2) picture 1 , has five holes (7) picture 3, with specific and equal diameter and regular distribution, and the front side has a shaped part (8) picture 3, which has the same shape as the groove (5) on the body (1), so that it can be attached to the body of the device (1). The essence of the invention is production of ca. 200 - 300 kg of grilled minced-meat fingers in one hour, with significant saving of time and necessary workforce.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Technical area into which the invention belongs

This invention belongs to the area of fresh meat processing, and this specifically applies to the device which serves to shape the grilled minced-meat fingers into five equal rows, and which has two attachments that are attached to the existing thread of the sausage filling devices. According to the International Patent Classification it belongs to A22C7/00.

Technical problem

The way in which grilled minced-meat fingers were manufactured until now was slow, because it uses the sausage production funnel. A classical filling device with conical attachment is used, through which the mix - meat is pushed, and on exiting each grilled minced-meat finger is snapped off and put in a plastic container. Problem that is solved by this invention is quick shaping and production of several rows of grilled minced-meat fingers at the same time. This way saves on the workforce and makes the product look better.

State of the art

Grilled minced-meat fingers used to be made through the funnel, i.e. manually, so that the production went fairly slow, and in some cases it caused pain in fingers, and lately they have been made through the filling device, but with only one exit row. There were many attempts to make a device for this purpose, but they were abandoned because they did not achieve this function, purpose and results. After searching though the internet and by my personal knowledge I am not familiar with and similar solution, which is why I am reporting this device.

Description of the solution to the technical problem

The device for multi-row production of grilled minced-meat fingers (picture 1) is made of the body (1) and the attachment for the shaping of the grilled minced-meat fingers (2) which are, when completed, screwed onto the thread, which is located in the front part of the filling device, and the end part of which has to be lifted so that the filling

device stands under the specific angle. At the end of the thread (3) of the body (1), there is on the inside a slope (4) which serves to direct the meat mass. At the end side of the body (1) there is a groove (5) into which the attachment for the shaping of the grilled minced-meat fingers (2) is fitted by insertion. End side of the body (6) and (5) is made under the specific angle for the facilitation of the reception of grilled minced-meat fingers. Attachment for the shaping of the grilled minced-meat fingers (2) has five holes (7) of specific and equal diameter and regular distribution, and on the front side there is a shaped part (8) which has the same shape as the groove (5) on the body (1) so that it can be fixed to the body of the device (1). This technical solution makes the work easier for the staff, it is much less tiresome and after several hours of work the pains in the hands of the workers (muscle inflammation) are avoided. With this technical solution in the production of grilled minced-meat fingers there is no heating of the meat (grilled minced-meat fingers mass), which has the favourable effect on the sanitary correctness of the product (grilled minced-meat fingers). The device for multi-row production of grilled minced-meat fingers must be made of material that meets the regulations on the production of food. This technical solution in the production of grilled minced-meat fingers, by use of the plastic carrier ca. 80 cm long, on which exit five rows of grilled minced-meat fingers which are then cut to a specific length and placed by spatula into a plastic container, completely avoids the contact of human hands with the meat (grilled minced-meat fingers mass), which has very favourable effect on the sanitary correctness of the product (grilled minced-meat fingers).

Picture 1 shows the body (1) and the attachment for shaping of the grilled minced- meat fingers (2)

Picture 2 shows the body (1) and has, on the upper side, the thread (3) that fixed on the filling device, and on the end of the thread is the slope (4) that directs the exit of the meat mass. On the other side of the body (1) is the groove (5) on which is fixed the attachment for the shaping of the grilled minced-meat fingers (2) that is made under an angle (6) for the facilitation of the reception of grilled minced-meat fingers. Picture 3 shows the attachment for the shaping of the grilled minced-meat fingers that has five holes (7) of the specific diameter, and on the lower side there is a groove (8) which is used to attach it to the body of the device for multi-row shaping of the grilled minced-meat fingers.

Summary of the invention's essence

The device for the multi-row production of the grilled minced-meat fingers belongs to the area of fresh meat processing, and this especially applies to the device that serves to shape the grilled minced-meat fingers in five equal rows, and which has two attachments that are jointly attached to the existing thread of the sausage-filling device. It consists of the body, picture 1 (1) and attachment for the shaping of the grilled minced-meat fingers, picture 1 (2) which are, when completed, screwed onto the thread which is located in the front part of the filling device. At the end of the thread, picture 2 (3) of the body (1) picture 1, there is on the inside a slope (4) picture 2, which serves to direct the meat mass. In the end side of the body (1) picture 1 , there is a groove (5) picture 2, into which the attachment for the shaping of the grilled minced-meat fingers (2) picture 1 is fitted by insertion. End side of the body (6) and (5) picture 2 is made under a specific angle for the facilitation of the reception of grilled minced-meat fingers. Essence of the invention is the production of ca. 200 - 300 kg of grilled minced-meat fingers in one hour, with significant saving of time and necessary workforce.

Statement on the best way to use the invention in industry

It is recommended that the material that meets legally prescribed sanitary and health standards be used for this invention. All existing sausage-filler devices of various sized that are currently produced can be used, and according to their measures and the size of their thread, the devices for the multi-row production of the grilled minced- meat fingers are made. Butcher's shops would need only one device with which they can produce 200 - 300 kilograms of grilled minced-meat fingers in an hour.
