Abstract:
The present invention provides a rapid pretreatment-ionization-detection combined device. The device comprises: (a) a fixing device used for fixing a sample to be treated; b) a rapid pretreatment ionization device comprising: a voltage output module used for generating an AC voltage; a boost module used for boosting and amplifying to achieve adjustable pulse voltage of 1 mV to 100 kV; a delay module used for setting delay time for voltage output; and a trigger module used for receiving pulse trigger of the voltage; (c) a mass spectrometer; and (d) a time sequence control device used for controlling the mass spectrometer and the rapid pretreatment ionization device to acquire signals. According to the device, mutual separation between analytes in a cell sample and separation between an analyte and a complex matrix can be achieved, and the separation time can reach a sub-millisecond level.
