A device for optimizing the oil-gas mixing process of an internal combustion engine. A plurality of supports (1) are provided on a bottom surface of a combustion chamber cylinder head (3), a ring (2) is fixed to the supports (1), and the ring (2) may be a whole ring body or may consist of a plurality of small segments. The ring (2) is located in a position opposite to a fuel injector (4) and is located in a region through which a fuel stream flows within the combustion chamber, and the ring (2) continuously guides the fuel stream during a fuel injection process; the ring (2) may be arranged in a liquid phase region (5-1), a gas-liquid two-phase region (5-2), or a gas phase region (5-3); and when the position in which the ring (2) is located interferes with the movement of an internal combustion engine valve (6), the part of the ring body which interferes with the movement of the valve (6) can be removed. Therefore, the problems in which air utilization in a flow extrusion area of a diesel engine combustion chamber is low, part of a pit is overly concentrated, and a large amount of fuel adheres to a wall surface of the combustion chamber are alleviated, and combustion duration is shortened; meanwhile, power is increased and unburned HC and soot emissions are reduced when explosion pressure does not change by much.
