Abstract:
A device for oriented feeding ferromagnetic parts (7) moving in mass on a tray (1) comprises a non-magnetic pattern (6) fixed over the tray (1) and corresponding to the form of a part to be oriented. A magnetic system (2) located also over the tray (1) consists of at least one pair of magnets (3, 4) placed on different sides of the pattern (6) in relation to the direction of displacement of the parts (7) on the tray (1). The magnets (3, 4) face each with its both poles the pattern (6) so that the analogous poles are situated in front of each other. The device for oriented feeding ferromagnetic parts is intended preferably for feeding parts to be gripped by an industrial robot.
