Abstract:
A device for positioning and fixing a specimen-piece collector, capable of adjustably,
accurately, and easily positioning and fixing the specimen-piece collector
to a pipe in operation. The positioning and fixing device has a fixed base (100)
to be directly mounted and fixed to the pipe (H) from which a specimen piece is collected
and also has an XYZ-direction movement adjusting member (200) detachably mounted
on the fixed base. The XYZ-direction movement adjusting member is formed such
that the specimen-piece collector (300) can be detachably mounted on it and its
position can be adjusted in front-rear, left-right, and top-bottom directions
relative to the fixed base. The fixed base has a flat table (110) on which the XYZ-direction
movement adjusting member is mounted, a pair of sitting legs (120) projecting
from the lower surface of the table and sitting in a straddling manner on the outer
peripheral surface of the pipe, and a fastening band (130) fastenably set in a
U shape around the pipe, on the lower surface side of the table, and detachably
connected to the table at the upper ends of the pair of sitting legs.
