Abstract:
The present invention relates to a device predictive maintenance method using setting of the constant speed of a peak, comprising: an information collection step (S10) of measuring information in which the size of energy consumed when a device performs one work process in a driving state changes over time, and collecting the information by setting, as a peak value, a value having the largest energy size in the measured change information about the size of energy; a constant speed section collection step (S20) of arranging over time, on the basis of the information collected in the information collection step (S10), the peak value of each work process repeatedly performed by the device, and repeatedly setting and collecting peak constant speed sections of a fixed unit time on the basis of the arranged peak values; an average value collection step (S30) of repeatedly collecting average values for the peak values included in the peak constant speed sections; a critical value setting step (S40) of setting a critical value for the average values of the peak constant speed sections; and a detection step (S50) of repeatedly setting and collecting the peak constant speed sections of the fixed unit time on the basis of peak values for a work process repeatedly performed in the real-time driving state of the device, and inducing inspection management of the device by providing an alarm if the average value for the peak values included in the collected peak constant speed sections exceeds the peak critical value.
