Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a device for preparing a ridged structure, comprising: a conveying member that is used for continuously supplying an undercoat sheet; a feeding apparatus in which a ridged structure layer coating liquid is stored, the feeding apparatus being used for coating the ridged structure layer coating liquid on the undercoat sheet to form a ridged structure wet coating sheet having uniform thickness; a molding apparatus, a surface of which is provided thereon with a first ridged structure, which fully adheres to the coated ridged structure wet coating sheet during operation to form, on a surface of the ridged structure wet coating sheet, a second ridged structure opposite to the first ridged structure. Thus, a ridged structure layer may be prepared easily and quickly, and the shape of the ridged structure may be adjusted according to needs so as to meet different requirements.
