Abstract:
A device for pressing a channel section having a bending angle less than or equal to 90 degrees comprises an upper die assembly (2) and a lower die assembly (3) disposed coaxially. The upper die assembly (2) comprises an expansion sleeve (called as a sleeve body thereinafter) and an expansion core (24) (called as a core body thereinafter) that are in sleeve connection and in clearance fit. The sleeve body is of a multi-pedaled structure (21, 22) in elastic connection, and the outside of the sleeve body is narrower in top and wider in bottom. At least one of a center hole of the sleeve body and the core body is shaped in a big-end-up wedge, the lowest point of the core body in an initial state is higher than the lowest point of the sleeve body, and a relatively-locking mechanism is mounted between the core body and the sleeve body. The lower die assembly (3) comprises an inner female die and an outer female die. The inner female die comprises a multi-pedaled structure (311, 312) in elastic connection, and a groove of the inner female die is a wedged groove and fits the sleeve body. The outer female body is located outside the inner female die. A groove of the outer female die is wider in top and narrower in bottom. An elastomer (323) is disposed in the groove of the outer female die and under the inner female die. When the device presses a channel section having a bending angle less than or equal to 90 degrees, the machining process is simple, and produced workpieces are standard and less prone to deformation and do not need to be corrected.
