Abstract:
The device is constituted by equipment connected to the outlet from the water meter, being interposed (in series) on the supply pipe (5) to the area to be controlled, and there is a detector (1) that controls the water flow, a countdown timer (2) that regulates the time during which there may be a water flow through this pipe during each operating cycle of any of the apparatuses of the hydraulic installation, and an electrovalve (3) that performs the function of cutting off the supply at a given moment to prevent loss of liquid. When there is no mains water, the user will be able to analyse the reason for water loss. In order once again to reset the device, provision has been made for a manual reset button, which once again opens the electrovalve.
