Abstract:
The invention relates to a device for processing dough, comprising at least one element for cutting (6), shaping (4.1, 4.2, 7), conveying (3.1, 3.2) and/or dusting (5) dough (2). The at least one element (3.1, 3.2, 4.1, 4.2, 5, 6, 7) comprises at least one electric drive (10) which has a stepper motor (11) with a housing (12) and a motor shaft (13). An encoder disc (16) is secured directly to the motor shaft (13). The encoder disc (16) allows an angle position of the motor shaft (13) to be determined.
