Abstract:
The present invention relates to a device for processing a fiber fabric, the device comprising: a solution tank for containing a processing agent solution; an application roll partially immersed in the solution contained in the solution tank, the solution being applied to the surface of the application roll while the application roll rotates; a compression roll positioned on the upper portion of the application roll, for compressing the fiber fabric against the application roll; a cutting roll positioned on one side of the application roll to cut a part of the solution applied to the application roll; and an interval adjustment means connected to both ends of a shaft of the cutting roll, for adjusting the interval with the application roll by moving the cutting roll forwards and backwards. In addition, the present invention relates to a method for processing a fiber fabric, the method comprising the steps of: applying a processing agent solution to the surface of an application roll by rotating the application roll; partially cutting the solution on the surface of the application roll using a cutting roll positioned on one side of the application roll; adjusting the amount of solution applied to the surface of the application roll by adjusting the linear velocity ratio between the application roll and the cutting roll; and passing the fiber fabric between a compression roll and the application roll while compressing the fiber fabric such that the processing agent solution is evenly applied to one side surface of the fiber fabric.
