Abstract:
The present invention relates to a device for processing the front end part of a headrest stay. The present invention comprises: a base frame of which one pair of guide rails are provided so as to face each other on the top surface; material fixing parts of which the lower sides facing the guide rails are fixed so as to be movable and having fixing members formed on the upper sides thereof; material compression parts, of which the lower sides facing the guide rails while placing the material fixing parts therebetween, are respectively fixed so as to be movable, and provided with compression members at the front parts of the lower sides thereof and provided with a positioning means at the rear parts of the lower sides; swaging parts respectively positioned outside the material compression parts and processing the end parts of a material while moving horizontally towards the end parts of a material; and a material separation device for separating the material, of which both side end parts are processed, from the fixing members and the compression members so as to move the same to a finished product loading box. The present invention, when processing the front end parts of a headrest stay, can simultaneously process the both side end parts of the stay, increase the accuracy and convenience of processing, and further improve productivity through a reduction in processing time and processing.
