Abstract:
A device for producing solid fuel by utilizing sludge, comprising a raw sludge cabin (1). The lower end of the raw sludge cabin (1) is connected to an intelligent stirring conveyor (2); the upper end of the raw sludge cabin (1) is connected to a raw sludge gas leading-out pipe (101); the upper end of the intelligent stirring conveyor (2) is connected to a parallel cutting machine (4); a bucket type elevator (3) is provided between the parallel cutting machine (4) and the intelligent stirring conveyor (2); a wet flue gas outlet (401) connected to the raw sludge gas leading-out pipe (101) is provided at the upper end of the parallel cutting machine (4); a sludge outlet (402) is formed in the lower end of the parallel cutting machine (4); the upper end of the sludge outlet (402) is connected to a hot air drying device (5); the lower end of the hot air drying device (5) is connected to a waste gas treatment device (7); the lower end of the waste gas treatment device (7) is connected to a wastewater treatment device (8); an air heating furnace (9) is provided at the lower end of the parallel cutting machine (4).
